01Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Mesh Consulting sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001275324 · NIP 8982339482 · REGON 54603382100000), based in Wrocław, Poland. Contact: mesh.consultingpl@gmail.com · +48 797 325 805.
- Email: mesh.consultingpl@gmail.com
- Phone / WhatsApp for candidates: +48 797 325 805
You can contact us at any time about anything concerning your personal data; a data protection officer is not mandatory for us, so you deal directly with the controller.
02Data we collect
We only process the data you give us through the website form, WhatsApp or email:
- Candidates: full name, country of origin or nationality, phone / WhatsApp number, email address, the offer you apply for, area of interest, current location (Poland, EU or outside Europe), work experience and any documents you choose to send us (e.g. CV or education certificates).
- Companies: company name, contact person, sector, number of workers needed and project details.
- Communications: the content of the messages you exchange with us.
Providing your data is voluntary, but without the basic details (name, country, phone or email and consent) we cannot handle your application or contact you. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing or build profiles with legal effects on you.
We do not request special-category data (health, religion, ethnic origin, etc.) through the website. If a vacancy requires a medical or sanitary certificate, it is handled directly with the employer.
03Purposes and legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Managing your application and contacting you about job offers in Poland | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Presenting your profile to partner employers or employment agencies | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) |
| Sending you new offers that match your profile via WhatsApp | Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time |
| Handling company enquiries and managing B2B partnerships | Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) |
| Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations | Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
04WhatsApp and automation
When you submit the form, your details are recorded in our candidate database (Google Sheets), we send you a confirmation email, and WhatsApp opens with a message about the offer you chose, which only reaches us if you send it. We use WhatsApp Business to reply to candidates and companies.
To reply faster we use automation tools (for example, n8n workflows with response assistants) that send offers and answer frequent questions. These tools do not make decisions with legal effects on you: the final selection of candidates is always made by a member of our team or by the employer.
You can ask us to stop sending you offers at any time by writing "STOP" on WhatsApp or by email.
05Recipients
- Employers and employment agencies in Poland linked to the vacancy you are interested in, only with your consent.
- Technology providers acting as processors: WhatsApp / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Google Ireland Ltd. (email and storage), the website hosting provider and the automation platform.
- Public authorities, where required by law.
We never sell or rent your personal data.
06Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers (e.g. Meta or Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
07Retention period
We keep candidate data during the recruitment process and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can offer you other vacancies, unless you withdraw your consent earlier. Company data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and for the periods required by tax and accounting law.
08Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw — uodo.gov.pl.
09Cookies and storage
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores the language you choose (Spanish or English) in your browser. To display fonts and icons we load resources from Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr, which may log your IP address for technical purposes. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future (e.g. Meta Pixel), we will ask for your consent before enabling them and update this policy.
10Minors
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we find we have received it, we will delete it.
11Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: access restricted to staff who need it, accounts protected with two-step verification and GDPR-compliant providers.
12Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date. For any questions: mesh.consultingpl@gmail.com.
